Avatar Size

I was just wondering.
Do you intend to keep the avatar sizes to the minimum of 19.5 kilobytes?
I know, I can lower the quality size, but I think at the least 25 kilobytes would be acceptable.

Just wondering if that would be okay or not.
If not, that's fine, I can always use an avatar from the forums~
