This is the newely depeloped Tenchu installment due for release on the 360, I do not have a release date as of yet but I do have some info about it;

From what I gathered this game allows you to create your own custom assassin from scratch, right down from appearce looks, to the colour of your clothing to what kind of clothing. I do not know if you can customise stealth kills or if that is significant to your player skin you choose. You can use these characters throughout the whole of single player mode.

There is a huger variety of approachs to take now toward making your kill, such as being able to actually crawl across the ceiling and use your hook to pull your unsuspecting victim up to your whilst using your blade to finsih the job. You are also able to climb across the sides of walls and even wall run and jump from wall to wall, much like Shinobi or Ninja Gaiden.

Rikimaru is still in the game and so is Ayame but I do not know the story nor what their involvement is in the overall game. I guess they are just there for default players and for another dish to learn about their story through the series.

Graphics are great and the stages look stunning and very authentic. Lightning/shadow detail also isn't a let down as they are just as good as the stages look. Movement is very fluid and stealth kill character animation is also good. Still keeping plenty of blood with each kill too. You are also to make kills through those paper doors they have in traditional Japanese homes, striking the shadow of a figure behind it.

On top of all those ninja stealth actions and kills you don't only have to stop there, the games comes xbox live, meaning if you get bored of single player you can have the satisfaction of making your well practiced stealth manouveres on real players instead of computer controlled AI. Something I would love to try.

So in summery the game looks to be the best Tenchu as of yet with plenty of customisables and features, not to mention more variety to approach a situation you may find yourself in. I would give this an almost perfect mark only I have no clue what the story/plot is about.
